Beacon Hill’s Juan Hernandez wins Oklahoma’s Next Generation of Leaders and Achievers Award by NextGen Under 30

Beacon Hill’s Juan Hernandez, Senior Account Executive of Beacon Hill Technologies, recently won Oklahoma’s Next Generation of Leaders and Achievers Award by NextGen Under 30.

In 2023, 390 amazing young Oklahomans were chosen as winners of the NextGen under 30 awards. They were recognized in 21 different career categories, representing 247 companies and organizations. This award celebrates individuals who display talent, ambition, and commitment to serving their communities. The winners came from all over Oklahoma, highlighting talent across the state.

In its 12th year, this list recognizes the inspirational people in the workforce under the age of 30. Moreover, award recipients are chosen based on their active involvement and significant contributions to their communities. A committee of honored business and civic leaders lend their expertise to the selection process.
