Dallas Business Journal Names Beacon Hill Dallas to the List of Best Places to Work in North Texas

Recently, the Dallas Business Journal named Beacon Hill Staffing Group to the top 101 best places to work in North Texas. Beacon Hill Dallas ranked number 8 out of 30 companies in the small office category. Four out of eight of Beacon Hill’s specialty divisions are represented in the Dallas location: Beacon Hill Associates, Beacon Hill Technologies, Beacon Hill Financial, and Beacon Hill Legal.

Companies were evaluated based on an indexed score created from responses to an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. A total of 349 companies and more than 19,000 employees in North Texas took part in the survey. The winning companies had the highest indexed scores.

Insights from the survey indicated that employees in North Texas feel confident that their company will continue to succeed. Additionally, these insights show that perceptions of employee well-being has a direct correlation with work-life balance.

This recognition was a tremendous honor for Beacon Hill, as circumstances of the global health emergency took a major toll on the state.
