Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Management
Challenge
Our client, a major, private American building supply and construction company was experiencing major growth and worked with multiple staffing agencies. Based on our successful placements, Beacon Hill Technologies was chosen as one of two preferred staffing agencies to place resources nationwide and implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Solution
We placed a senior program manager to oversee the ERP project, as well as created the project management office (PMO). We aided in the ERP solution definition and rollout, built the necessary interfaces and integrations (including best practices, standard operating procedures, documentation, and training). Our resources included a senior program manager, ERP business analysts and developers, ETL developers, integration project managers, data conversion consultants, and project coordinators.
