Challenge

Our client, a provider of home loan, loan servicing, and refinance products to consumers and institutional partners in the US, needed analysts to assist with investor relations, finance, and accounting responsibilities.

Solution

Beacon Hill Technologies placed senior business analysts for more than a decade. The analysts were liaisons between the technical development resources and business owners to validate user requirements for technical and / or operation solutions to meet our client’s needs and improve the performance of their servicing system. The analysts were expected to define and document business requirements for ongoing system enhancement initiatives, assist quality assurance analysts in creating and executing system test plans, and take ownership of the requirements quality and completeness for specific projects.

The Results

As a result of the rapid growth our client has experienced since the last recession, we have been tasked with recruiting analysts who have a broader set of skills. For example, analysts who can also project manage, or have backgrounds in data analysis.
