Our client, a nonprofit organization providing housing intervention and assistance for residents in the Bronx, New York, was experiencing challenges rolling out its Emergence Rental Assistance Program. The client needed case managers to help support applicants that were interested in participating in this program. Because of our many years of healthcare staffing experience, the client selected us as a partner to provide the case managers needed for their program. Not only was healthcare one of our niche/specialty areas that met the client’s needs, but the client also turned to us because of our local prominence with offices and teams in New York. The client tried working with other vendors, but no other agency could provide the niche case management or social services resources they needed.
Our account team consisting of ten individuals, including two recruiters filled all the case manager roles. The individuals selected to serve on our account team all had nonprofit experience, exceptional customer service backgrounds, and expertise working in housing supportive services. Our recruiters made sure that every candidate recruited was bilingual with Spanish speaking capabilities as requested by the client. 98 percent of candidates submitted to the client for interview were hired. Some were even hired on the spot after one phone interview.
