Challenge
Our client, a provider of software and technology services for government agencies and public programs in the health and human services sector, needed help with developing and managing software for one of their applications.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies understood our client needed a technical team with application development, data architecture, and extract, transform, load (ETL) experience for this project. As such, the team we deployed to create the framework and standardized approach to software development possessed all these skills. We also deployed high-level program and project managers (PMs) who delivered on time, were responsible for understanding the software development life cycle, and had the technical knowledge to understand and effectively communicate with both the information technology (IT) team of developers and engineers, as well as with the business. They had full ownership of their projects, including determining the scope and handling of the budget, as well as work and resource plans, schedules, and estimates, and they were expected to meet the deliverables on time.
