Large-scale, Multi-site Windows 10 Migration
Challenge
This non-profit health system client wanted to retain a single-source managed services supplier to manage and deliver a new Windows platform impacting over 20,000 machines across 200 physical sites. They were facing a tight deadline to complete the project due to an expiring support contract, and they did not have sufficient facilities or professional resources to accommodate the upgrade.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies developed the entire project plan, including budget, workflows, reporting, process creation, management, communication plans and protocols, facilities, logistics, and recycling services. We sourced, vetted, and screened sixty technical resources, who we phased into the project through a pre-defined ramp-up schedule. We procured the physical space required to perform the migration, transportation services, and delivery of 23,000 machines and hardwire recycling.
