Abby is responsible for campus and entry-level recruiting within the Pacific Northwest region, primarily focusing on recruiting efforts for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Nevada based schools. Before joining us here at Beacon Hill, she received her degree a term early from Oregon State University in Business Administration and Minor in Communication, and was an active member of the Women's Lacrosse team, her sorority, as well as co-author of an on-campus Marketing Newsletter. Abby joined us at Beacon Hill amidst Covid-19 as a tech recruiter in our Portland, Oregon office. She was promoted to the Account Executive position eight months later and recently made the transition to join our corporate recruiting team. Her passion for Beacon Hill continues to grow and she is eager to network with young professionals to see if Beacon Hill could be a home for them, as it is for her.
