Mr. Marchette is responsible for leading direct hire search for Beacon Hill Technologies in the Greater Boston area. Overseeing a team of recruiters and account executives, Mr. Marchette is also a recognized partner to many local candidates seeking employment and many local clients that turn to him for top tier software engineering talent. Mr Marchette and his practice’s portfolio range from small VC backed startups to large well established global organizations. Throughout his tenure here in the Boston area, Mr. Marchette has led high performing teams while also being a top individual contributor consistently named to President’s Club. Mr. Marchette holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Suffolk University where he majored in Communications and was a member of the NCAA Division III Men’s Ice Hockey Team and the NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Team.
