Beacon Hill Named to Three Comparably Lists for Q2 of 2023

Beacon Hill in Boston, Massachusetts, was recently named to three distinguished lists – Best CEOs for Women, Best CEOs for Diversity and Best Leadership Teams – by Comparably. These awards were part of Comparably’s annual culture awards where Beacon Hill stood out among the tens of thousands of companies that were considered.

For Best CEOs for Women, Beacon Hill ranked #24 out of 100 large companies that were honored. Comparably’s rankings for this list were based on anonymous feedback provided by female-identifying employees who rated their companies over the course of 12 months. This ranking is up from #52 in 2022!

For Best CEOs for Diversity, Beacon Hill ranked #42 out of 100 large companies recognized across the country. This ranking was derived from feedback provided by 15 million ratings from employees of color across 70,000 companies who had anonymously rated their CEOs over the course of 12 months. This ranking is up from #54 in 2022.

For Best Leadership Teams, Beacon Hill ranked #69 out of 100 large companies that shared the honor. This ranking was attained from millions of anonymous employee ratings on executive leadership teams and direct managers. This is the first time that Beacon Hill has made this list!
