Beacon Hill Among the Top 100 Largest in Best CEOs for Women and Diversity, and Best Companies for Career Growth – by Comparably

Beacon Hill was recently recognized to three notable lists – Best CEOs for Women, Best CEOs for Diversity and Best Companies for Career Growth – by Comparably. These three categories made up Comparably’s Q2 culture awards.

For Best CEOs for Women, Beacon Hill ranked #52 out of 100 large companies honored. Comparably’s rankings for this list were based on sentiment ratings provided exclusively by female-identifying employees who anonymously rated their companies over the course of 12 months.

For Best CEOs for Diversity, Beacon Hill ranked #54 out of 100 large companies recognized across the country. This ranking was derived from ratings provided exclusively by employees of color (non-Caucasian) who provided anonymous feedback about their companies over the course of 12 months.

For Best Companies for Career Growth, Beacon Hill ranked #44 out of 100 large companies recognized across the country. This ranking was based on a compilation of sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously assessed their company’s professional development opportunities over the course of 12 months.

This is the second year in a row that Beacon Hill has been recognized on these lists. Ratings within all three of these categories were based on data sets consisting of 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies within the United States. They were compiled during the COVID-19 pandemic (June 24, 2021 – June 24, 2022), indicating that even amid extreme hardship, the overall satisfaction of Beacon Hill employees with their leadership, company culture and personal/professional growth remained a top priority.
