Beacon Hills Dallas Office Once Again Named to DBJs Best Places to Work List

Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Dallas, Texas, office recently ranked 10th among Small companies in the Dallas Business Journal’s 16th annual “Best Places to Work” survey. The office was one of 100 recognized overall, and one of 20 recognized in the Small company category (25-49 employees). This year marks the sixth time the Dallas office has been named a “Best Place to Work.”

Beacon Hill Dallas was recognized at the DBJ’s annual ceremony. The awarded companies, selected from an initial pool of nearly 500 nominations, were ranked within their respective groups based on company size – Micro, Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. This year’s honorees were invited to celebrate at a picnic. Employees participated in activities such as Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Large Connect Four, Accuracy Throw, Fast Pitch and a Hula Hoop contest!

Nominated companies need to have at least one office within the North Texas area and have a minimum of 10 local employees. Survey questions covered areas such as teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits, opportunities for personal growth and development, leadership, and employee recognition.
