Beacon Hill’s Dallas, Texas, office recently ranked 6th among Small companies in the Dallas Business Journal’s 14th annual “Best Places to Work” survey. The office was one of 100 recognized overall, and one of 28 recognized in the Small company category (25-49 employees). This year marks the fourth time the Dallas office has been named a “Best Place to Work.”

On Thursday, September 15, Beacon Hill Dallas was recognized at the DBJ’s annual honoree luncheon at the Fairmont Dallas Hotel. The awarded companies, selected from an initial pool of nearly 500 nominations, were ranked within their respective groups based on company size - Micro, Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. The theme for the event - "Music Through the Ages" - allowed honorees to relive classic songs from the past 50 years during the ceremonies. The DBJ lauded these workplaces as "organizations that pride themselves on bringing their employees together in sweet, melodic harmony.”

Nominated companies need to have at least one office within the North Texas area and have a minimum of 10 local employees. Survey questions covered areas such as teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits, opportunities for personal growth and development, leadership, and employee recognition.
