Beacon Hill’s Pittsburgh Office Named to Pittsburgh Business Times’ Best Places to Work List

Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office was recently named to Pittsburgh Business Times' “Best Places to Work in Western PA” List for 2017. The office was one of 76 recognized overall, and one of 30 recognized in the Small company category (10-24 employees).

On Friday, October 27, Beacon Hill Pittsburgh was invited to attend an awards luncheon at the Westin Convention Center. The awarded companies, selected from a pool of nominations, were ranked within their respective groups based on company size - Micro, Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. The theme for the event – “Carnival” – allowed honorees to sample carnival inspired snacks while networking with other companies that received a spot on the list.

Nominated companies need to have at least one office within the Western Philadelphia area and have a minimum of 10 local employees. Survey questions covered areas such as teamwork, job satisfaction, benefits, opportunities for personal growth and development, leadership, and employee recognition.
