A senior vice president of enterprise applications needed to fill a high-priority, difficult to fill, business intelligence (BI) / data modeling architect position for our Midwestern client. The position required knowledge of analytics and reporting tools that was rare in the market. Despite having thirteen staffing vendors in their program, the position had gone unfilled for over six months, and our client was frustrated with the lack of success.
