High Profile Project Team for Regulated Data Transition & Governance

Challenge

This Fortune 10 healthcare client needed a trusted partner to manage the build of a high-profile data development team for a mission-critical compliance-intensive initiative. The effort included a data flattening and data push to the cloud, building a team of data stewards, and data governance architects to build a model and process to be used across their organization. The effort was previously managed by a large integrator, and challenges with their significantly higher cost model lacking senior-level resources to successfully complete the initiative within a tight timeframe were evident.

Solution

Beacon Hill Technologies was selected to develop a project plan to deliver fifteen resources who were to be phased into the project based on our client’s deliverables. We also delivered resources to the project team, credentialing according to our client requirements.

The Results

This ongoing project is scheduled to deliver on time, is well under budget from its original scope, and lower than the previous supplier. We have worked for over a year deploying data engineers, data stewards, data quality engineers, and data governance consultants for our client.
