The client’s needs were very specific and SP 2010 was released only 9 months prior to the engagement, which made it extremely difficult to find solid candidates who possessed both hands-on skills with enterprise level SP 2010 and international experience. We needed to identify more than 15 SharePoint professionals consisting of architects, PMs, SMEs, and developers, and all candidates had to have internal experience and experience in SP 2010 at an enterprise level.
Our recruiting team was able to identify all the levels of candidates needed. We built SP groups, created forms, and worked “hands on” with all of the SP networks. We were able to meet our client’s demands and filled all the positions. Our contractors were on assignment for more than 12 months and more than half were converted to full-time employees.
