Our client is a women-owned consulting firm who won a large contract with a client that required them to staff hundreds of temporary professionals for call center and administrative support urgently. The client’s ramp up of resources was to address an immediate launch of the program with a longer-term goal of converting much of the team to permanent employees. They relied on our proven success delivering top tier talent and partnered with us to create a high-volume recruiting plan.
Solution
