Large-scale National Recruiting Project

Challenge

Our client, a consulting firm awarded high-visibility and high-urgency government contracts across the country, needed to scale what had been small, localized operations to add hundreds of fully remote employees to fulfill its business objectives nationally. The client’s compliance requirements, paired with a rapidly decreasing unemployment rate, challenged our project team to get creative to fulfill the high volume of openings in a very short timeline.

Solution

Beacon Hill Associates proactively engaged an internal national project team with project leads spanning Chicago, Dallas, New York, Boston, and Washington, DC. We also hired internal resources to meet their reporting requirements. Our recruiting team used our custom recruiting plan to engage candidates across in new and existing markets, while tapping into a large national referral network.

The Results

In 2021, Beacon Hill Associates set a record with over 800 contractors on assignment with this client. The success of this program can be attributed to two essential factors—a strong client relationship, and the combined delivery efforts of Beacon Hill’s recruiting teams across both our Associates and Financial divisions.
Prior to this engagement, Beacon Hill staffed for this client in only one local market. To date, this project has been the single-largest nationwide effort in the division’s history. This project is still ongoing with Beacon Hill.
