Managed Review Offering for a Large-scale Document Review Project
Challenge
Our client, an AM Law 100 firm sought a remote managed review solution for a document review project already in inception during the COVID pandemic. The project initially started with another staffing vendor who was unable to fulfill the request. Beacon Hill (BH) Legal was asked to assist after the first initial week, providing a core team of admitted attorneys, project managers, and a secure remote workspace environment.
Solution & The Results
Given the document population and deadline, the BH Legal national recruiting team identified, onboarded, and successfully engaged 243 admitted attorneys and five project managers in forty-eight hours. Along with staffing the project, we provided project management, including metrics reporting, status updates and communications, QC, Privilege log, and redactions. All requirements were met to provide a secure, customized remote work enterprise solution.
