Our Fortune 10 healthcare client engaged Beacon Hill Technologies Consulting and Solutions to resource and deliver a team of SAFE Scaled QA’s and Automation Engineers within a challengingly short turnaround time. This client traditionally followed a waterfall methodology and struggled to identify consulting partners who could provide Agile focused teams who were willing and able to allow conversions to full-time employees within challenging budget constraints.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies Consulting and Solutions worked in conjunction with the Client’s Sr. Director of Digital Quality Assurance, developed a rapid deployment schedule, and delivered two separate teams within a short time frame.
The Results
All engaged resources were successful and 75% of those resources were converted to full-time employees of our client. Additional opportunities have been awarded to Beacon Hill Consulting and Solutions and the client has been successful in ramping up and transforming their enterprise into a SAFE Agile environment.
