Large-scale IT Support Analyst Project

Challenge

A two-billion-dollar IT client engaged us to source and deliver a team of thirty IT support analysts in a short timeframe. The client was seeking a partner who could help them simplify the hiring process, manage the resources while on project, and maintain proper staffing levels throughout the project.

Solution

Beacon Hill Technologies in Pittsburgh was selected as the exclusive partner based on our past performance with the client, providing the majority of their onsite IT contractors. Our client was involved in very large application roll out and systems upgrade, and they needed thirty contractors to augment their current service desk headcount for successful completion of the project. They also wanted candidates who were willing and open to converting at the end of their engagement.

The Results

Beacon Hill Technologies worked with our client’s service desk manager, developed a rapid deployment schedule, and delivered a thirty-person team within their short timeframe.
