A substantial energy company in the southeast needed multiple network operations center (NOC) technicians for a new network monitoring team they were establishing to support their rapid expansion. The positions involved shift work and flexibility in work schedules to accommodate the varied schedules of a small, newly developing and growing team, which decreased the pool of viable candidates considerably.
Solution
