Our client, a substantial energy company in the southeast, was in need of multiple NOC Technicians for a new network monitoring team being established due to rapid expansion.
Challenge
The positions involved shift work and flexibility in work schedules to accommodate the varied schedules of a small, newly developing and growing team, which decreased the pool of viable candidates considerably.
