Local Health Insurance Company Build Out of Project Management Office (PMO)

Our client, a local non-profit health insurance company, needed to build a Project Management Office (PMO) to help the organization execute their strategic project initiatives. Beacon Hill Technologies was tasked with staffing a team of senior project managers that were responsible for both project execution and building out the client’s project management operations.


The client wanted all of the project managers to have both health insurance experience and strong business and project management knowledge, skills and abilities.


Our local team was able to staff the client’s entire PMO with both contract and contract-to-hire candidates that fit the criteria that was specified.
