Challenge
A local, non-profit healthcare insurance company needed to build a project management office (PMO) to help execute their strategic project initiatives. They wanted all project managers (PMs) to have health insurance experience, as well as strong business and project management knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies staffed a team of senior project managers who were responsible for both project execution and building out our client’s project management operations. We provided resources for our client’s entire PMO through both contract and contract-to-hire consultants.
The Results
We were successful in implementing our client’s PMO, and we also successfully completed multiple strategic project initiatives on time and within budget.
