Challenge
Our client, a heating, ventilation, and air Sconditioning (HVAC) retail company in Plano, Texas, did not have a human resources (HR) department and needed help finding quality information technology (IT) resources who fit their culture.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies sourced, screened, and placed resources to staff our client’s entire IT department, including a Director of IT; a development manager; six to eight IT help desk team members; four network engineers; and a dynamics group consisting of project managers / applications analysts, three report program generator (RPG) developers, and a network and voice team.
The Results
We have been working with this client since 2016 and have made more than fifty placements throughout this time. Since we have developed and expanded their entire IT department, we have become the client’s number one vendor. The client uses us exclusively to meet all their IT staffing needs.
