The Results

  • Over 696 hires successfully sourced and onboarded with a centralized process and single point of contact for procuring non-employee labor in 14 countries. User adoption rate of 97%
  • Non-employee resources are fully captured in the technology and fully compliant to meet the client's internal onboarding requirements and procedures. Frequent reporting made available to track, monitor, and forecast costs at the department and project level
  • Clinical Operations alone experienced cost controls resulting in an average bill rate reduction of 51%. All suppliers participating in the program have appropriate insurance levels, Articles of Incorporation, and current agreements and terms
