Our client, a full-service law firm located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, had an urgent document production request and needed a partner to provide an experienced team of contract attorneys to meet their pressing business needs
Solution
Beacon Hill Legal was referred to this client. The client provided the timeline, nature of the case, and number of documents to be reviewed. Based on their needs, we recommended the appropriate team size, which included twenty-five contract attorneys and one project manager (PM) who managed the project workflow.
The client called us the morning of December 29th with the specific project details. We started working on their request immediately, and within two hours, we provided twentyfive licensed document review attorneys and one project manager. Our team began working the following morning, December 30th, at 10 AM. The contract attorneys we placed were all individuals we had placed before, so they had a proven track record of success with other clients. Additionally, they all worked remotely using our secure Citrix environment. We were able to get the team onboarded so quickly because of our access to a secure Citrix environment through one of our vendor partners.
