Our client, a Fortune 5 organization, was unhappy with an integration partner due to several missed deliverables on a highly visible, regulatory-driven program. Because of missed deliverables, our client had incurred monetary penalties. They recognized they needed a new managed services supplier to complete the remaining work products, including, and not limited to application migration, data flatting, a data push to the new cloud solution (Azure and Google Cloud), and development of a repeatable model to be used across the enterprise.
Beacon Hill Technologies developed a project plan to complete the remaining work products. Throughout the phases of the project, we deployed more than thirty resources, including teams of cloud migration architects, application developers (.NET, Java, Cobol), data stewards, and data governance architects.
In addition to the original scope of work, our engagement manager identified gaps around domain expertise within our client’s internal staff. We partnered with them to successfully develop a resource plan to deploy right-to-hire resources in an additional phase of the project.
