Our client also needed to operate in a short-time frame to identify and hire someone before the start of busy season.
Beacon Hill worked closely with the head of recruiting to develop a recruiting strategy to identify and recruit top tax talent from other public accounting firms. Under the retainer we dedicated a team of individuals to actively target tax seniors in public accounting. We also delivered regular reporting of our efforts to the client.
