High Level Desktop Support

Challenge

A Fortune 10 healthcare client was struggling to find staffing partners to provide quality IT and white glove support, as well as partners who were willing to allow conversions to full-time employees.

Solution

Beacon Hill Technologies was selected as a partner based on our high-touch, hands-on relationship with our client, as well our top-notch resources. We engage with our consultants with weekly lunches and check-ins, and we consult with our client’s hiring managers weekly. Our onsite teams in Rhode Island and Arizona provide hands-on support consisting of building computers, working on multiple projects, upgrading devices (including Windows 10 upgrades and PC refreshes), answering help desk tickets and phone calls, and supporting thousands of employees each year. Each consultant closes out roughly seventy support tickets each week.

The Results

We have provided approximately eighty resources to our client in the last three years. Roughly 15 percent of our placements have converted to full-time employees, with the remaining contractors beginning new assignments with the client or other projects with Beacon Hill. Our client is pleased with the caliber of our resources and in our ongoing support and has classified us as a tier one partner.
