We also provided strategy and guidance to the highest levels of their information technology (IT) organization with respect to system and application performance.

The Results

Our client was able to dramatically improve overall system performance and operate through their peak holiday season with zero performance issues for the first time in their operation. By our client’s most recent holiday season, their systems had increased to twenty times their all-time peak usage, and their entire organization was running smoothly.
