SAP Set-up for Large FICO SD Implementation in Europe
Challenge
This global tire manufacturing organization had a large FICO SD
(Greenfield) implementation to complete in Europe. They were opening a new plan in Germany, and they recognized the environment was not set up on SAP. The company had clear goals in mind, though they recognized they did not have the technical acumen and professional lead assistance to be sure the project would be completed accurately.
Solution
As an existing partner, Beacon Hill Technologies was chosen support this specific project because of our previous success on other similar projects. We provided expert SAP consultants, including a team of functional leads and SAP FICO functional leads to aid in implementation.
The Results
Once this seven-month project was successfully implemented, our client elected to keep the consultants to support knowledge transfer and hypercare. Our client continues to select our firm for their SAP needs.
