Challenge
A growing solutions systems integrator specializing in highly-complex health insurance data systems development needed support identifying and onboarding resources to build out an entire enterprise-level technical team for a new project. The complex project was very political and deadline driven, and it was to be executed on a customized platform with technologies that were difficult to learn if consultants were not top performers in their respective crafts.
Solution
Beacon Hill Technologies was asked to be the sole partner for our client. Our team delivered the required enterprise-level technical resources, including applications architects, business analysts, lead developers, project managers, and systems engineers.
The Results
Over two months, our local recruiting team sourced, qualified, and quickly assembled the entire team of over sixty resources. We helped our client complete this project on time, and we were engaged for two additional projects across the country that were similar in scope, which we performed successfully.
